Please return the item to the return address below with a note stating you would like an exchange or refund.

Goods purchased can be returned in their original condition within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund, or within 20 days of receipt for an exchange.

Items sent in for an exchange must have a prepaid return label for the new item to be sent back to the customer. If the customer does not include a return label, we will require an additional $6 for domestic shipping for the item. Personal checks are no longer accepted. Please send a cashier's check or send $6 to our Paypal address boogerkids@gmail.com. If you do not have Paypal, e-mail us and we will send a payment request where you may pay via Credit Card.

International exchanges require an additional $30 USD for the item to be sent back to the customer.

Items that have clearly been worn, used, or washed, will not be refunded or exchanged.
